SEQUEL TO OPERATION United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. Received Tuesday, 6.30 p.m. LONDON, Jan. 11. Queen Alexandrine, of Denmark, who is 58 years of age, is seriously ill following an abdominal operation which was performed after her hurried admission to hospital on Sunday. The Times’ Copenhagen correspondent in a later message says the Queen’s condition continues to be satisfactory, but the King has cancelled all Court engagements, including a Court ball at the end of January.
