A decision to contribute £2 10s towards the cost of production of a scenic and publicity film, incorporating views of Hamilton, to be produced by the Automobile Association, was reached at a meeting of the Hamilton Borough Council. In requesting assistance, the association said that the film would be produced in natural colour and would be exhibited by the association. “The sum asked is only a small one,” said the Mayor, Mr. J.
