Mr Sefton Walsh, of Weir House, Wellington, is visiting Pahiatua. Mr J. Eustace, of Wellington, journeyed to Pahiatua to witness the ReeveJacoba fight last night. Mr Peter Moriarty, of the local telephone exchange, left yesterday on his annual leave for Wellington. Miss Mary Gunn returned from her annual holiday, spent in the south, yesterday ,and resumes duty at the telephone exchange shortly. Mr Harvey, of Petone, ia visiting Mr J. Bremner, of Ballance. Mrs Attwood, “Sherenden," Hastings, is visiting Mrs A. E. Tait, of Ballanee.
