From Our Own Corrcspondeut. Badminton Dance A jolly dance was held on Wednesday evening, the music being supplied by a popular local orchestra. There were a number of novelty dances which added considerably to the night's enjoyment the various winners being: Monte Carlo foxtrot, Mr and Mrs. D. Watt; Lucky Spot Waltz, Miss M. YVaugn and Mr R. Blunciel; Lucky Gay Gordons, Miss T. Waugh and Mr Frankliauser; lucky waltz, Miss F. Shenherd and Mr R. Thevenard. Those not wishing to dance played euchre in the supper room, tho winners for the evening being Mrs Marshall and Mr W. Knox. Supper was served by the ladies, and a most. enjoyable evening was brought to a close at an early hour of the morning.
