Sunshine Club Pays Tribute To Mrs. L. A. Abraham
A GRACEFUL GESTURE Desiring to add their tribute to those made by other city organisations this week, to a fellow worker who had done much to bring sunshine into sad homes, members of the Palmerston North Sunshine Club yesterday sent a basket ot' tawny chrysanthemums tied with gold satin ribbon to Mrs. Lionel Abraham. Accompanying the flowers was a piece of the club’s birthday cake and a lotter signed by the members conveying appreciation of all her great services to the community, and affectionate greetings.
