South Taranaki Winter Show
DAIRY PRODUCE AWARDS. Per Press Association. HAWERA, May 26. The dairy produce awards at the South Taranaki Winter Show were ns follows: —Kahui Dairy Co. (N.J. Terry) won tho Taranaki championship for white or coloured cheese. The Lonsdale Challenge Cup went to Rai Valley (T. Aris), with Pahiatua (T. Heayns) runner up. Rai Valley also won the New Zealand Rennet Coy’s cup and gold medal.
For tho maker scoring the most points in the open competition in the butter section, J. A. Singleton (Pio Pio) won with 284.2 points, and tho gold medal for South Island competitors was won by C. J. Ellery (Golden Bay), 94.8 points.
