Judiciously Regulated BRITISH EDUCATION BOARD’S RECOMMENDATION United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. Received Wednesday, 7.30 p.m. LONDON, May 26. A British Board of Education report recommends no homework for children under twelve years, amd adds: “It should not exceed an hour a night between the ages of 12 and 14, and should not exceed 90 minutes thereafter. It should be judiciously regulated. Homework is a powerful instrument for the training of the intelligence. ”
