Success at Christchurch Competitions

At the Christchurch competitions just concluded, little Beverley Crozier, until recently of Terrace End, aged eight years, was very successful in the junior elocution classes. She was first in the test, girls eight to 10 years; tied for first place with a boy of 12 in the class boy or girl eight to 12 years; was third in character class, and v.h.c. in an own selection class with a large entry. Beverlv was prepared for the competitions by Air. J. Garde Grimshaw, of Palmerston North.
