Shooting Accident

YOUNG MAN IN HOSPITAL Mr. B. R. Gardiner, of Eketahuna, while out shooting with a rifle had the misfortune to meet with an accident with his weapon. A bullet passed right through his face coming out near the ear. He had a miraculous escape as the bullet passed near the eyes and brain. Mr. Gardiner was taken to the Pahiatua Hospital where he is now an inmate.
