COMPATRIOT STILL IN HOSPITAL Per Press Association. DUNEDIN, Last Night. A further remand was granted in the city Police Court in the caso in which Jumsher Alice, a Mohammedan, is charged with wounding Jabid Allee, another member of the crew of the Olivobank, with intent to do grievous bodilv harm. Chief Detective Young stated that it was impossible to go on with tho case in time for tho next sitting of the Supreme Court as complainant was still in hospital in a serious condition. There was no probability, however, of any complications. Ho asked for a reman* l until May 17. Mr. J. G. Warringtop, for the accused, offered no objection to the request.
