BIG INCREASE IN SUPPLY BILL. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph.-—Copyright. Received Sunday, 7 p.m. WASHINGTON, March 20. The House Appropriations Committee reported a 121,000,000 dollars supply bill for the State, Justice, Commerce and Labour Departments, an increase of 3,418,000 dollars on the previous year. Most of the increuse is due to a 3,000,000-dollar safety programme for the bureau of air commerce.
