Clipper May Reach Auckland Thursday
IF TESTS AND WEATHER ARE SATISFACTORY. Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, Last Night. Tha provisional schedula for the flight of the Pan-American survey clipper from Honolulu to Auckland subject to tests of the radiofinding equipment proving satisfactory and the South Honolulu floating base at Kingman reef, being ready, algo the weather being suitable has been received by cablefram by Mr. Harold Gatty. It is indicated that the clipper will probably reach Auckland on Thursday morning. They expect to take off from Honolulu on Tuesday morning (New Zealand time) for the Kingman reef, reach Fago-Pago on Wednesday, take off again the same day and get here on Thursday.,
Mr. G-atty said the information mentioned the engine trouble reported earlier was of a very minor nature and caused no delay at Honolulu.
