The decision of the judges or judge shall be final in every competition. 4. The Committee reserves the right of refusing any entry, making any change in the programme, postponing or abandoning the Sports if necessary, by weather or other circumstances of which they shall be sole judge. 5. All events, nine competitors or no third prize; five competitors or no second prize, three competitors or no event. No prize where not provided for in programme. G. AU competitors must be in readiness when called. Any competitor misconducting himself will be excluded from the Competition and if he should have successfully competed he must forfeit the prize. All competitors must leave the ring after each event. 7. All competitors compete at their own risk and all spectators attend at their own risk. 8. All horses to be iu readiness 1C minutes before each event. 9. No refund of Gate money, other than to entrants where entrance fees exceed admission fee. 10. Riding numbers must bo handed to Starting Steward at tbe end of each event. Any rider failing to do this will not be eligible for any other event. 11.
