The Committee reserves the right of refusing any entry, making any change in the programme, postponing or abandoning the Sports if necessary, by weather or other circumstances of which they shall be sole judge. 5. All events, nine competitors or no third prize; five competitors or no second prize, three competitors or no event. No prize where not provided for in programme. G.
