TROUBLE HINTED AT FOR FUTURE United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph.—-Copyright. Received Sunday, 7.30 p.m-, LONDON, March 13. A special correspondent of the Times, confirming reports of the night of terror iu Addis Ababa oil February 19 when Blackshirts got out of hand, declares: “Conditions are still deplorable. There is a scarcity of everyday necessities, all Government employees are rationed and meat is a luxury. The Abyssinians decline to bring produce to the towns. “The military authorities, in view of the difficulty in catering, have decided to reduce the number of troops stationed at Addis Ababa, which many consider will mean trouble. When the rains come discontented Abyssinians may again close in on the capital. Even now Italians dare not venture beyond certain limits except in large bodies. ’ *
