Miss Vera Shirriff, of Palmerston North, left by the Awatea on an extended tour of Australia.
Miss M. Boor, Nelson, is the guest of her sister, Mrs. R. C. Tennent, Woodville.
Mr. and Mrs. C. A. Small, Eongopai street, have returned to Palmerston North after a brief visit to Dunedin.
Mr. and Mrs. R. L. Davis, of Hauraki Plains, Auckland, are staying with Mr. and Mrs. Benjamin Frecklington, Ohakea, Bulls.
Mrs. Malzard and her daughter Mavis, of Christchurch, are visiting Feilding and are the guests of Mrs. W. Wilkinson, Junr.
Mr. and Mrs. W. Levin, have returned home to “Orui, ” Masterton, after a short stay with Mr. and Mrs. B. L, Levin, “Westella,” Feilding.
Mr. and Mrs. E. G. Anstis, of Palmerston North, intend to leave early next month for a holiday in Britain. Mrs. Anstis is well-known in croquet circles and Mr. Anstis is a member of the staff of the C. M. Boss Coy., Ltd.
Mr. and Mrs. Austin Ward, of *‘Waimeu,” Kiwitea, are visiting Gisborne.
Mrs. John Duncan, of Taihape, is visiting “Strathspey,” Feilding, before going on to Hawke’s Bay for next week’s polo tournament.
