(Special to “Times.”) WAIPAWA, Last Night. Mr R. A. Pepperell has returned to Waipawa from a holiday visit to New ; Plymouth. Miss E. Gray lias returned to Waipawa from an extensive motor tour of the East Coast district. Air H. Whito, formerly of Waipawa, and now residing in To Kuiti, is at present on a visit to Waipawa renewing old friendships. Mr Caughley, of tho staff of the local branch of the Bank of New Zealand, arrives back to-morrow after his annual vacation. The many friends of Mr J. Kitton will be pleased to learn that he continues to make satisfactory progress after his recent illness. Friends of Mrs W, Ireland will learn with pleasure that she is sufficiently vrell to leave the Waipawa district hospital, and return to her home. BUILDING ALTERATIONS. The building activities at Limbruk Bros, service station continuo to move apace, and the finished building will certainly be a great improvement to tho west side of High street, NELLY JULL PARK The Nelly Jull Park is boginning to look quite interesting, now that the flight of concrete steps on tho western slope have been completed. Tho circular lily-pond, now in the course of construction, promises to further beautify the new park.
