SYDNEY, Feb. 13. Sir Basil Brooke, Minister of Agriculture in Northern Ireland, on arrival at Sydney from New Zealand said that agricultural methods in New Zealand and Australia wore as modern as any in tho world. New Zealand appeared to be far ahead in grass breeding. He was having samples of white clover and rye sent to Ireland for experimental purposes.
