HANDICAPS TOR OPEN EVENTS. (Special to “Times.”) HASTINGS, Last Night. The meeting of all Hawke’s Bay and Poverty Bay club swimming champions takes place on Monday and Tuesday, February 15 and 16, at the Municipal Baths, Napier, to decide tho titleholder for the 1937 swimming season.
