Pan-American Peace Pact
SIGNED BY 21 REPUBLICS. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. Received Wednesday, 9.20 p.m. BUENOS AIRES, Dec. 16. Delegates representing 21 American republics signed the revised draft of the Pan-American Peace Treaty*. The changes are of a minor nature. A Washington message of December 15 says President Roosevelt returned from his 2S-day cruise. He declared that thy Pan-American Peace Conference was highly successful.
