Stock Sales
BULLS SALE, Dalgety and Company, Ltd., report on their stock sale hold at Bulls on the 7th inst., when good entries of sheep, cattlo and pigs came to hand. There was strong competition for all sheep offered. A full yarding of pigs almost met with good competition. Beef and store cattlo sold full up to lato rates and report a total clearance at the following prices:—Shorn b.f. hoggets, 24s
8d; shorn wether hoggets, 24s 6d; store shorn hoggets, 21s lOd, 22s Id; woolly wether hoggets, 24s to 31s Gd; aged ewes and lambs, 17s all counted; weaner pigs, lls, 13s, 17s, ISs; slips, 19s, 21s Od, 22s Gd; store pigs, 24s Gd, 2Gs, 2Ss; largo stores, 335, 345, 395; Tamworth boar, 50s; fat Jersey heifers, £3 16s, £4 ss, £4 14s; fat Jersey cows, £3 Bs, £4, £4 15s, £5 17s to £G Is; store cows, £2 Is, £2 12s to £2 17s 6d; springing heifers, £5; yearling Jersey heifers, £3 12s, £3 16s, £3 17s; bulls, £3, £4 10s; quantity of sundries.
