AN UNFAMILIAR VISITOR. —A Koyal albatross-was driven ashore during the southerly gale, wearied by the wind, and found a temporary resting-place in the sandhills at Lyall Bay, Wellington. So exhausted was the bird that it was possible for people on the beach to approach quite close to it, as this little girl has done.
