Munitions Bill
PASSED BY HOUSE OF LORDS. (British Official Wireless.) EUGBY, Dec. 3. The Merchant Shipping (Carriage of Munitions to Spain) Bill was passed through all its stages in the House of Lords this afternoon and immediately received Eoyal assent. The second reading was moved by Lord Plymouth, Parliamentary Under-Secretary for Foreign Affairs, who is chairman of the International Committee for the application of the agreement regarding the non-intervention in Spain.
