Winter Brings Fogs to England

WIDE TRAFFIC INTERRUPTIONS. (British Official Wireless.) Received Tuesday, 7.30 p.m. RUGBY, Nov. 23. England is experiencing the first severe fog of the winter, and during the week-end and again to-day traffic has been extensively impeded. The fog comparatively is slight in London to-day, but in the outlying districts and the Channel is heavy. Tho ferry service from Dover to Dunkirk was cancelled, and train services from the north delayed and arrivals and departures at Croydon airport were suspended this afternoon.
