Salute the Summer IN COTTON
. . . On This Page . . .
THREE beautiful and well-known gardens form the delightful settings for these seasonable fashions, all of which Illustrate the charm and practicability of cotton fabrics for every kind of summer wear. The picture at the top right-hand side of the page was taken at the home of Miss Elsie Rivett, Sydney, which is surrounded with an informal garden massed with flowers, through which winding paths find their way beneath tall trees and an unusually long covered archway of wistaria. The swimming pool and tennis court arc two of the decorative features of “Berith Park,” the home of Mr. and Mrs. S. S. Crick, at Wahroonga, and the pretty country scene of the two girls at the gate, and the summer evening frock, were photographed at “Elwatan,” the Castle Hill home of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Dixon, New South Wales. Miss Jocelyn Josephson and Miss Olive Cieveson posed • for the photographs.
