Judgment was reserved in the Supreme Court to-day, at the close of the first of four actions brought by brewers and bottlers against Agnes Callingham, a dealer, to secure .a restraining injunction to prevent tlie alleged non-return of branded bottles and the conversion of bottles.

Fivo similar actions arc pending against McKendnck Bros., .Ltd., bottle dealers, trading in Auckland and Wellington, but only one will be heard, as against Callingham, it being agreed that the decision will be binding on the others, as is the course taken with Callingham.
