Tho heating was concluded in liho Palmerston North Magistrate’s Court yestorday of a civil case commenced a fortnight previously wherein claim and counter-claim were made by John Cameron, of Newbury, farmer, and Oswald Gephin Latham, of Kauwhata, sharemilker, respectively. The former claimed £7O 12s for alleged' default of

provisions of a sharemilking agreement, while the latter counter-claimed for £66 Os 3d for alleged breaches of the agreement. After hearing the balance of ilio evidence, Mr J. L. Stout, S.SI., gavo judgment for plaintiff on the claim for £lO, with £6 2s costs, and struck out the counter-claim, without costs.

Mr A. M. Ongley appeared for plaintiff and Mr J. Graham for defendant.
