The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Co., Ltd., report on the weekly sale held on Tuesday when a good yarding of dairy stock and station cattle came forward. Dairy stock were in good demand and sold on a par with previous quotations. Pat ewes, 30s 3d; springing Jersey heifers, £5 10s, £6 10s; Jersey bulls, £5 to £7 2s 6d; 62 2-year P.A. steers, £S ss; 39 do., £7 ss; 21 do., £S ss; 39 do., £S ss; 28 Hereford 2-year steers, £7 12s Gd; 25 2 and 3year P.A. steers, £S ss.
