Drowning Fatality at Greymouth
Per Press Association. GREYMOUTH, Oct. 5. Hugh Henry Humblcton, aged 50, engineer, married with wife and threo children, was drowned in the Grey River this morning. An attempt at rescue by a seaman failed. Ilambleton had been ill for the past four months. bo run on Wednesday, include:— Pamolus, Sylvandale, Oro, Sporting Blood, 9.4; Silver Ring, Lough Neagh 9.1; Allunga 9.0; Saroherie, Capris, Gay Blonde 8.13; Custos, Bobby 7.11.
