United Press Association—B.v Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. Received Monday, 11.10 p.m. LONDON, Oct. 5.

The Daily Telegraph’s Manchester correspondent says manufacturers arc concerned owing to the substantial Empire orders for coronation flags placed with Japanese instead of British makers.
