The recent fall in the price of butter on the English market has had a fa: different effect than usual on thevNew Zealand farmer (says the Auckland “Star”). A man who periodically calls bn farmers in the Waikato recalls that on his last visit he met a chorus of complaints'from farmers because the English market price was higher than New Zealand’s guaranteed price.
