MANAWATU AT HOME TO NAPIER There was no official competition at Hokowhitu on Saturday, the October medal handicap being put off for a week becauso of the boisterous weather. Ihe gale, however, w-as not permitted to interfere with the L.ter-club match with Napier, which was played at Hokowhitu during the week-end, and the home team took the honours in the fourball games and Napier the honours of the singles, the aggregates of both giving tho visitors a one-game margin on the day’s play.
