From Our Owu Correspondent. The weekly shoot of the miniature rifle club was Held on the range on Monday evening. The results were: It. Jones 68, 68, 136; I. Fanford 6S, 66, 131; R. Park 68, 66, 131; H. Gore 68, 65, 133; C. W. Turner 61, OS, 132; A. Pederson 63, 68, 131; A. McMurray 65, 66, 131; E, Bailey 63, 66, 123; R. Osborne 64, 64, 12S; It. Gore 65, 62, 127. Euchre. The end of the season euchre and dance run by the Anglican Ladies' Guild was held on Wednesday evening when there was a good attendance of ..layers and dancers. For tuis occasion an orchestra was engaged from early in the evening so that dancing and euchre could be carried on at the same time. The prizewinners were: Ladies, Mrs. Godfrey 1, Mrs. R. Sinclair 2; men, Mr. Davis 1, Mr. G. Grant 2. Aggregate prize winners: Ladies, Miss F. Price 1, Mrs. Beagley 2; men, Mr. Morris 1, Mr. W. Sutherland 2. Competition winner: Mrs. Davis. Lucky door ticket: Mr. Astwood Jnr. Tennis. Players are beginning to show interest in their tennis. The annual meeting of the club is to be held on Tuesday next.
