Members present were Mesdames Rasmussen. Taylor, Messrs. Buhner (chair), Gilbert, Williams and Gumming (secretary). It. was resolved to include Taka.ro Club on the invitation list and to purchase material for repairing No. 1 court. A working bee is called for Sunday next. Material for fastening nets in centre is also to be procured, along with cup hooks to hang crockery in the pavilion and material to make a blackboard. Mr. Williams is to approach the school committee for the use ofconveniences during matches played on the local courts. Ladder matches for men are to be played to six advantage instead of nine as in previous years. Personal. Mr. E. Johansen, of Putaruru, visited his parents, Mr. and Mrs, 11. Johansen, of Carlisle street, during tho week-end. Mr. and Mrs. IT. Taylor, of Montreal street, Milson, arc at present on their annual holidays. Mr. and Mrs. Johansen Jnr., of Waipukurau, were week-end visitors to Milson, where they visited Mr. Johansen Snr. Miss Mona Johansen was also a visitor from Wellington.
