Feilding Foresters’ Lodge

Saturday evening’s gathering at tho Feilding Foresters’ Lodge atttracted a good attendance, the entertainment being made up of cards and dancing. Mesdames Straw-bridge and Draper won the ladies’ section of the card competition and Messrs E. Wilson and Stantiall, tho men’s. A dainty supper was served by the ladies’ committee, after which a dance was held, Mr. W. Feakins being M.C. Music was supplied by Feeney’s orchestra. Air. 11. Iloskiugs and partner were successful in the Atonte Carlo waltz, w-hile a novelty competition was won by Air. Bell. An enjoyable evening’s function concluded at midnight with “Auld Lang Syne” and tho National Anthem.
