Still Squally and Changeable

Per Pr 633 Association. WELLINGTON, Last Night. Another of the present extensive series of intense westerly depressions is crossing the Dominion to-day.

Winds: Moderate to strong westerly winds still reaching gale force at times in many places. Seas (New Zealand waters): Hough on West Coast and about Cook ana ioveaux Straits; moderate in coastal waters on the East, Coast, but rather rougli olishore. Eastern Tasman Sea: Strong westerlywinds to gales and rough seas. Weather: Still squally and changeable with intermittent rain in district* with a westerly aspect and in tho far north and south; hail and tiiunder possible also in places; further heavy falls on tho West Coast of tho South Island; mainly fair and mild in eastern districts, but a few scattered showers probable.
