SMITH.—On Juno 19 th, 1936, at tho Palmerston North Hospital, Alfred Luke, bolo.ved husband of Cathleen Smith, of Milson, Palmerston North, and youngest loved son of and Mrs.' J. Smith, Camden Street, Pending; aged 37 years. Deeply regretted. SMALL. —On Juno 21st, 1936, at his residence, Union Street, ioxton, George, dearly beloved husband of Mary Small; aged 69 years. CARTER.- —On June 20th, 1936, at the Palmerston North Hospital, Elsie May Carter, dearly loved mother of Raymond Charles Carter and third daughter of the late Thomas and Ellen Jenkins, of Otago; aged 37 years.
