Daring Deed went to the front at the end of two furlongs and lod to the top of tho straight from Moonbeam, Riptide and Great Star. Riptide, and Great Star, Riptide got to the front a furlong from home and won by three-quarters of a length from Moonbeam, which beat Daring Deed by a head.
