Regulating Sale of Methylated Spirits
Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Last Night. In future methylated spirits sold ia Now Zealand will bear a label: METHYLATED SPIRIT. POISON, NOT TO BE TAKEN INTERNALLY. IF SO TAKEN MAY CAUSE BLINDNESS OR DEATH, AND IT WILL INDUCE GENERAL PHYSICAL DECAY. This is ono of the provisions contained in Customs (Methylated Spirit) Regulations, 1936, gazetted to-night, which include provisions for the sale and manufacture of tho spirit.
