RIDICULOUS GOSSIP ABOUT KING EDWARD. United Press Association— By Electric Telegraph.—Copyrich t. Received Thursday, 1.16 a.m. LONDON, March 18. The mere fact that the King, in a message to Parliament, advised ''that provision should he made in the civil list for his hypothetical marriage, has led one London weekly newspaper to venture to prophesy as a certainty that his Majesty’s ultimate marriage and has named six ladies, Royal and otherwise, as possible brides. High placed officials assure the Associated Press that there is not the slightest foundation for this ridiculous gossip.
