Bunnythorpe
From Our Own Correspondent. The following will represent Bunnythorpe Tennis Club against St. Pats today at Bunnythorpe in the M.L.T.A. match: L. Little, H. Robson. W. Sutherland, J. Gore, Misses W. and E. Robson, Mrs O. Jackson and Mrs J. Baker. Personal. Miss W. Robson and Miss L. Goro •. are returning home to-day after spending a few days at Plimmerton. Mrs R. Donald and Miss Bobby Donald are at present spending a month’s holiday at Plimmerton. A social evening has been arranged in honour of Mr and Mrs Gordon Duthle, who have moved to Feilding. The function will take place on Tuesday, March 17. Mr A. F. McKenzie presided over the wash-up meeting of the sports club which was held on Monday last. There was a small attendance. The position revealed showed there may be a small debit balance on the meeting. The gate receipts were somewhat disappointing, consequently some of the local events had been poorly supported. Various suggestions were put forward with a view to Improving th 6 meeting generally. These suggestions will be considered at the nert annual meeting. The club decided to donate £1 is. to the McGregor memorial fund.
