The State Minister of Education (Mr Drummond) is seeking the co-op-eration of the Federal Government with tho object of establishing a special course in aviation ill all secondary schools. A complementary part of the plan is to increase greatly the efficiency and scope of advanced instruction in aircraft design and construction at technical colleges and ti set up a diploma course iu air ua v jition.

The Minister requests the Commonwealth to subsidise courses of the kind iu all States and also to assist by loaning Air Force officers as lecturer? and instructors.
