GENERAL NOTICES POHANGINA COUNTY COUNCIL. MANG APIKOPIKO REDEMPTION LOAN, 1935. TAMAKI REDEMPTION LOAN, 1935. AWAHOU REDEMPTION LOAN, 1935. pUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of tho Pohangina County Council held on the 14th day of December, 1935, the following resolutions were passed by way of Special Orders: — (a) 'That in pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested iu it by The Local Bodies Loans Act, 192(1, and of all other Acts and powers (if any) it in that behalf enaoling (an Order-in-Council under The Local Government Loans Board Act, 1926, having been obtained) tho Pohangina County Council hereby resolves by way of Special Order as follows: (1) THAT the Council proceed to raise a loan of Three Hundred Pounds (£300) for tho purpose of redeeming the Pohangina County Mangapikopilco Riding Bridges Loan of £350, 1925. (2) THAT such loan be called “the Pohangina County Council Mangapikopiko Riding Redemption Loan of £3OO, 1935.” (3) THAT the said loan of £3OO with interest thereon at tho rate of Throe Pounds Ten ,Shillings (£3/10/-) per centum per annum bo repayable uy forty (40) half-yearly instalments of Ten Pounds Nine (Shillings and Ten Pence (£lO/9/10) each, comprising principal and interest. (4) THAT the Said Special Loan be raised by tho issue of forty (40) debentures numbered 1 to 40 or Ten Pounds Nine Shillings and Ten Pence (£lO/9/10) eacn, the lirst debenture to uo payable on tho 15th day of July, 1930, and one of such debentures to be payable on the 15th day of every Janu ary and July thereafter, the last debeu ture to fall due and to bo paid on the 15tk day of January, 1950. (5) THAT the Council shall make and levy- and shall appropriate anu pledge as security for tne repayment of tne said debentures an annually recurring special rate of One-fortieth of a Penny (l/40d) in the pound on the rateable value (on tho oasis of the capital value) of the whole of the rateable property in the Maugapikopiko Riding ox the’County of Pohangina. (6) THAT the said debentures shall be payable at tho Bank of New Zealanu, Wellington. (b) That m pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested iu it by The Local Bouies Loans Act, 1923, ano of ail other Acts and powers (if any) it in that behalf enauiing (an Order in-Council under Tho Local Government Loans Hoard Act, 1926, having been obtained) the Pohangina County Council hereby resolves oy way of Special Order as follows: (1) THAT the Council proceed to raise a loan of Six Hundred and Fifty Pounds (£6SU) for tho purpose of redeeming the Pohangina County Tamak Riding Lridges Loan of £750, 1925. (2) THAT such loan bo called the “Pohangina County Council Tamaki Redemption Loan, £650, 1935.” (3) THAT the said loan of £650 with interest thereon at the rate of Three Pounds Ten Shillings (£3/10/-) per centum per annum bo repayable by forty (40) half-yearly instalments or Twenty-two Pounds Fourteen Shillings and Eight Pence (£22/14/8) each, comprising principal and interest. (4) THAT the Said Special Loan be raised by the issue of forty (40) debentures numbered 1 to 40 of Twenty-two Pounds Fourteen Shillings and Eight Pence (£22/14/8) each, the lirst debenture to be payable on the 15th day of July, 1036, and one of such debentures to bo payable on the 15th day of every January and July thereafter, the last debenture to fall due and to be paid on tho 15th day of January, 1956. (5) THAT tho Council shall make and levy- and shall appropriate and pledge as security for the repayment of tho said debentures an annually recurring special rate of TwoTifteenths of a Penny (2/15d) in the Pound on the rateable’ value (on the basis of the capital value) of tho whole of the rateable property in the Tamaki Riding of tho County of Pohangina. (6) THAT the said debentures shall be payable at the Bank of New Zea land, Wellington. (7) THAT tho cost of raising the loan be paid out of the loan. (c) That iu pursuance and iu exercise of tho powers vested iu it by The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1920, and of all other Acts and powers (if any) L in that behalf enabling (an Order-in-Councii under The Local Government Loans Board Act, 1926, having been obtained) tho Poll an gun a County Council hereby resolves by way of Special Order as follows: —
(1) THAT the Council proceed to raise a loan of One Thousand Four Hundred and Fifty Founds (£1450) for the purpose of redeeming the l’ohangina County Awahou Bridges Special Fating Area .Loan of £IOSO, 1920. (2) THAT such ioau be called the “Fohangina County Council Awahou Redemption Loan £1450, 1935.” (3) THAT the said ioau of £1450 with interest thereon at the rate of Three Pounds Ten Shillings (£3/10/-) per centum per annum be repayable by forty (40) half-yearly instalments of Fifty Pounds Fourteen Shillings and Two Fence (£SO/14/2) each, comprising principal and interest. (4) THAT the Said Special Loan be raised by tho issue of Forty (40) debentures numbered 1 to 40 of Fifty Founds Fourteen Shillings and Two Fence (£SO/14/2) each, the first debenture to bo payable on tho 15th day of July, 193(1, and one of such debentures to be payable on tho 15th day of every January and July thereafter, the last debenture to fall due aud to be pain ou the 15th day of January, 1956. (5) THAT tho Council shall make and levy and shall appropriate ami pledgo as security for the repayment the rateable value (on tho basis of tho capital value) of rateable property in the Awahou Biding of the County oi Fohangina.
