Wedding

Mclntyre—McDonald A wedding of outstanding district interest was solemnised in fct. Andrew’s Church, Marlon, on Monday, December 30, the contracting parties being Kenneth C. Mclntyre, youngest son of Mrs and the late Mr James Mclntyre, and Lilian S. McDonald, youngest daughter of Mrs aud tho late Mr J. J. McDonald, of Marlon. The bride was given away by her uncle, Mr Train, of Wuitolara. Miss Phyllis Gatrell, of Martou, was bridesmaid, and Mr Ned Smith, of New Plymouth, best man. Miss Betty McDonald, niece of the bride, was flower-girl, wkilo Miss Qucenrc Sherrill presided at the organ. The reception was held at ‘‘Cedar Hill,” tho residence of Mrs McDonald.
