Britain's smallest school is tucked away in tho fold of a lonely glen in Sutherlandshire. Three children of a moorland shepherd are the sole pupils.
New moulds for jellies and blancmanges produce confections shaped like human faces. A correspondent says that at a recent dinner party every time ho tried to refill his glass his wife jogged the table and a stern-looking blancmange shook its head at him.
