Te Awe Awe Scouts

The monthly meeting of tno To Awe Awo group committee was held in the Scout hall on Tuesday evening. Mr Mills (chairman) presided. Also present were Mesdames Whyte (treasurer), Mills, Berry, Houghton, Alsop, Drake, .Miss Bennett (A.C.M.), S. M. Carpenter, A. S. M. Looser, Colonel Whyte, Mr Gush and Mrs Boss (secretary). Apologies were received from Mrs Wollennan and Mr Mcßae. Mr Gush was appointed by tho committee as their representative on tho now executive. . Reports from Cub and Bcout Masters were most gratifying. A discussion regarding the Paddy’s market was tho chief topic oi the evening and arrangements arc well in hand. A hearty vote of thanks'was extended to Mrs Berry, Mrs Alsop, Mrs Drake, Colonel Whyte and Mr Mills for donations for forthcoming stall. Scout N. Marshall has been appointed Cub Instructor to the pack and is doing very good work. Visiting committees for the ensuing month are: Cubs, Mrs Whyte; Scouts, Mr Gush.
