Cool Temperatures Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Last Night. The pressure is still low to the northeast, hut au anti-cyclone covers the central Tasman and extends across the Kouth Island. Winds: Variable over the southern half of the youth Island with northerlies predominating, later freshening somewhat; elsewhere nioderato to strong but increasing southerlies. Seas (New Zealand waters): Lather rougn to rough north of farewell fcpit and Kaikouru, but decreasing to-nig:it. Moderate or slight elsewhere. Eastern Tasman yea: Moderate southerly winds tending to northerly in the central and southern portions, yeas smooth to moderate. Weather: yome showers at lirst in the northern and East Coast districts of the North Island, otherwise fine. Temperatures: Cool, with some frosts inland.
