It is now possible the search lor Sir Charles Klngsford Smith will be continued in a different cliioction. Mr Kingsford Smith, the aviator’s eldost brother, who has just returned from the country, says Sir Charles told him he would take a direct route ancl mentioned that he would fly via Singora to Singapore because it was shorter and the weather on the east coast was generally better. This information has been cabled to Singapore. Smithy’s relatives have received a number of communications from spiritualists, but no two of them agree as to where the plane came down. One American clairvoyant says Smithy is alive and must be rescued within a week. Anxiety for Polish Aviators MAY HAVE CRASHED IN JUNGLE Received Wednesday, 9.50 p.m. MELBOURNE, Nov. 20. Anxiety is felt for the safety of the Polish aviator, Major Karpinski, and his companion, who are'making a goodwill flight to Australia. Nothing has been heard of them since they were at Bangkok ten days ago. Unconfirmed reports received iu Melbourne state that the machine crashed iu the jungle north of Takuapa on the day Smithy was lost.
