Harban Singh Draws With Walker
CHAMPION TIRED AND NOT VERY FIT.

CHRISTCHURCH, Last Night
Tho professional wrestling contest between Georgo Walker (lost. 51b.) aud Harban. Singh (List. 41b) this evening ended in a draw, each man securing a submission fall. Singh made Walker submit in the sixth round with an Indian whip hold and Walker evened the contest early in the last round with a Boston crab. Walker did not seem very fit and the bout was uninteresting.
Big- Purse Offered for Walker-McCready Bout
CHRISTCHURCH, Oct. 16.
Following Ear! MeCready’s challenge to George Walker, the South .Island Amateur and Professional Club telegraphed McCrcady to-day asking for a 72-hour option and guaranteeing a purse of £BOO for a match with Walker.
