COLONEL SLAWEK’S CABINET DISPLACED.

LONDON, October 14. The Times’ Warsaw correspondent says that the ministry headed by Myn-dram-Ivoscialkowski displaces Colonel Slawek’s Cabinet, marking the end of the political re-organisation of Poland, whereby Parliamentary democracy on the French pattern has been succeeded by a strong central executive with absolute power in the hands of President Moscidki and Cabinet will be responsible to him. The now Parliament elected in September plays the most minor role in governing the country.
