According to the “Sunday Express” which, alone publishes the story, de Valera yesterday telephoned from' Geneva convening an open air meeting at Ennis, on October Oth, for the purpose of making an important announcement. The “Express” says that Dublin political circles are making conjectures as to whether de Valera announces an honourable settlement of the Anglo-Irish dispute. Some say that only for such announcement would' de Valera take such a step.
